Resume Builder That Proves Impact, Not Claims

Recruiters do not reward adjectives. They reward evidence. This guide shows how to use AI to convert vague experience into concrete impact statements tied to the target role.

Under Construction: sample data currently.

Most resumes fail because they describe activity, not outcomes. AI can fix this quickly, but only when you provide measurable inputs and force a strict structure.

Step 1: Build Evidence Blocks

For each project, capture four fields: challenge, action, result, and business impact. This creates reusable building blocks for multiple job applications.

Step 2: Map Resume to the Job Description

  • Extract top six requirements from the job posting.
  • Match each requirement with one evidence block.
  • Remove bullets that do not support the target role.
A targeted one-page resume beats a generic two-page resume almost every time.

Step 3: Rewrite Bullets with a Scannable Formula

Use: Action verb + scope + metric + tool/context. This pattern is easier for humans to scan and clearer for ATS keyword matching.

Prompt Starter

Act as a recruiter and resume editor.

Input:
- Job description: [paste]
- My raw experience bullets: [paste]

Tasks:
1) Identify the 6 most important job requirements.
2) Rewrite my bullets to match each requirement with measurable outcomes.
3) Remove weak or repetitive bullets.
4) Return a final one-page resume draft with a strong summary.

Final Quality Checks

  1. Every bullet includes either a metric or a clear outcome.
  2. Top third of the resume aligns with the role title.
  3. No keyword stuffing or vague buzzwords.
  4. Formatting remains clean when exported to PDF.
